Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the theory that there are reflex areas on the feet that correspond to all  parts of the body, including organs.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

RLD focuses on the lymphatic reflexes on the feet and hands.  These reflexes are stimulated and cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.  It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) whilst working in cancer care.

This treatment may help the following conditions:  lymphoedema, M.S., fibromyalgia, M.E., arthritis, sinus problems, gout, asthma and ezcema.

Hot stone Reflexology

Hot stones are used to further enhance the benefits of the treatment.

Maternity Reflexology

Before conception there are certain techniques that can be used to help  achieve and support a viable pregnancy.  Ensuring your nutrition is  good, not smoking, and generally taking care of yourself, you will place  your body in a better condition for conception and early development of  the baby.

It is considered perfectly safe to have treatments during pregnancy,  although I do not give treatments during the first trimester.

Treatment can be given to prepare the body for the IVF cycle.  Reflexology treatments aren’t carried out once IVF commences.

After birth is an important time to re-balance the hormones to avoid  postnatal depression.  Techniques used can help assist the metabolism to  work more effectively.

A bespoke treatment plan discussed with each client on a personal basis.

Reflexology with VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy)

I recently attended a workshop in Norwich run by Lynne Booth on VRT and will incorporate techniques taught into a treatment (where suitable).

Cost per one hour treatment is £35
